Who we are
Meetology® is the study of face-to-face human interaction, created by Jonathan Bradshaw. For the purposes of data protection law, Meetology® is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can contact us at info@meetology.com.
What we collect
The only personal information we currently collect through this website is the email address you provide when you sign up to be notified about the launch of the Meetology® Social Club. We do not require your name, and we don't collect payment details anywhere on this site.
We also automatically receive standard technical information whenever you visit the site — such as your general location, browser type, and pages viewed — via our hosting provider's server logs. This is used only to keep the site running securely and isn't linked to your email address.
How we use it
Your email address is used solely to contact you about the Meetology® Social Club — including launch updates, the weekly Meetology® Micro, and related news such as Meetups, Laboratories, and online events. We will never sell your details, and we will never share them with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We only email you if you've actively opted in via the sign-up form, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe at any time.
Third-party services
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to store email sign-ups and send communications on our behalf. Brevo processes this data under its own privacy policy and security safeguards. This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google), which handles standard technical delivery of the site.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The sign-up form is submitted directly to Brevo and does not set any cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your details from our mailing list within a reasonable time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted whenever you like — either by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing info@meetology.com.
Changes to this policy
As the Meetology® Social Club develops, we may update this policy to reflect new features or services. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do.
